In this 4-week online group Hypnosis for Weight Loss program, I will hold weekly hypnosis sessions to tackle the biggest obstacles to weight loss and build new, healthier habits in their place.
Week 1 – Removing Blocks to Your Success
We all have blocks. Something that is keeping us from living the healthy lifestyle we know we want and deserve. This session helps remove those blocks and paves the way for you to make real, lasting change.
Week 2 – Healthy Eating & Drinking
In this session, we will focus on eating healthier foods, drinking healthier beverages, adjusting portions appropriately, learning to tell the difference between hunger and cravings, and listening to what your body truly needs to keep it running at its best.
Week 3 – Exercise
This week is all about adding more movement into our daily lives. From walking and moving more throughout the day without even noticing it to being more motivated to finish that workout, this week we will get you moving!
Week 4 – Reinforcement & Confidence
The final week will be dedicated to reinforcing what we’ve learned in the previous three weeks and develop the inner confidence you need to succeed well into the future.
Date: Begins on Monday, April 13th and runs for 4 consecutive Mondays.
Time: 8:30 PM ET with replays of each session available for those who cannot make it live. Subject to change to accommodate group members.
